We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CRAFTD jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all pieces in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry back in its original CRAFTD packaging to ensure it remains protected and scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
